WeWork is looking for an Expansion Lead based in an existing or new market and rotating through projects every few months to effectively and efficiently support the city and the Expansion through European markets with a very large focus on building up brand awareness, working on lead generation and ultimately helping lead the Pre-Sales of the market to ensure opening up a building at 85% occupancy or greater.

This person can be based out of the UK or the DACH Region and will report into the Director of Expansion.

As a successful Expansion Lead, you will be supporting the growth for the company and Community team. Your primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):

Role Overview & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate relationships with local influencers, entrepreneurs and businesses. Your objective is to gather and maximize as many as possible of these relationships.
  • The fast pace in both lead generation and lead conversion as well as managing local events to bring brand awareness to the city.
  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions for lead generation (including implementing in each Expansion project), for example, cold emailing, networking, events, social media, etc.
  • Leverage the existing community to help growth.
  • Connect with influencers in your region to build partnerships and clients.
  • Source a network of influencers and leverage relationships to reach sales goals.
  • Attend external events to achieve above along with concepting new ways to outreach in a market.
  • Tap into the local network by reaching out to event organizers and attending relevant events within the city.
  • How fast the community grows as a result of these organic marketing efforts is one of the performance indicators you'll be assessed on.

Skills & Qualifications :
  • BA degree required
  • Extensive sales experience
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Commercial real estate sales experience
  • B2B business solutions experience
  • Willingness to travel to different Cities or Countries every couple of months
  • Ability to make meaningful connections with influencers quickly
  • Ability to run successful Cold Out Reach Campaigns
  • Ability to penetrate new markets
  • Presentation and communication skills required
  • Detail orientation and organization skills required
  • Bi-Lingual a plus - must be fluent in English and Czech
  • Data - and results - driven
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Highly creative, able to formulate a unique vision and flawlessly execute the vision
